Planning Commission Meeting, June 4, CANCELLED!!
The Planning Comission, for the second time, has cancelled their meeting to discuss the Master Development Plan Permit for Crista Ministries. The reason given is that, "Due to incomplete traffic modeling the SEPA determination is incomplete." This gives us more time for comments and study of the plan. We urge all neighbors to look at the plans as shown below and consider what impact they will have on you. You may send comments and questions to the project manager at the city, Steve Szafran, sszafran@shorelinewa.gov or you may call him directly with questions and comments, 206-801-2512. When this meeting is rescheduled, we encourage everyone to attend. When there is a lot of interest the city listens.
Check out Crista's web site www.cristaplan.org where they have preliminary plans posted and see what the impact on your street may be. Think about traffic impact, construction noise, and loss of 450 trees at the practice field site which can affect our environment and the
ambience of our neighborhood.. Knowledge is power.
